Upstate: Newburgh, NY: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday.  Last session starts by 6:30 PM.

NYC, NJ, CT: Thursdays & Fridays. 10 a.m to last start time at 6:30. Housecalls.

Alexander Technique & Somatic Coaching: $100/ lesson.

Chi Nei Tsang: $135/ session

2-hour Thai: $180/ session
