Payments are accepted in cash or through venmo, zelle or Paypal.

House Calls will vary depending on distance and time of day. Please ask.

Individual Sessions

Alexander Technique & Somatic Movement Coaching: $100/ lesson.

Chi Nei Tsang & Qigong Somatic coaching: $150/ session

2-hour Thai: $220/ session

90-min Combination CNT & Thai: $200

Series Discounts & Student Discounts

I offer discounts for 8-session Chi Nei Tsang and Alexander Technique Series.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel, please do so at the earliest possible time in order to make the time available for another person. 
24 hour cancellation policy: Cancellations within 24 hours incur a charge of 30% of the session fee.
